## Description

RedM Reports turns player help requests into a full moderation workflow. Players file categorized tickets with priorities, custom forms, captured location and nearby players; staff claim, chat, spectate, act, and close, all from a modern NUI. Every action is logged to a built-in audit trail and (optionally) to Discord. Framework-agnostic and heavily configurable.
