Before you message
Tell us the script, your framework (VORP, RSG, RedEM:RP or standalone) and any console error. It gets you a fix in one reply instead of three.
Purchases and refunds
Checkout, invoices and refunds run through Tebex as the merchant of record. Message us on Discord and we will sort it with you.
Documentation
Every script has its own page on docs.redmorrow.com, with installation for each framework, a configuration reference and a troubleshooting section. Most setup questions are answered there before you have to ask one.
Before you buy
Pre-sale questions are welcome and you do not need to own anything to ask. Every product page also lists its exact dependencies, its framework support and its full changelog, so you can check compatibility yourself first.
Reporting a bug
Send the server console output and the F8 client console, say which edition you run (Escrow or Open Source) and what you changed in the config. A reproduction step beats a description.
How support works here
Support runs through Discord rather than a ticket form, for one practical reason: a RedM problem is usually a console line away from being solved, and pasting a console line into a chat is faster than describing it in a form and waiting a day. It also means the answer stays where the next server owner with the same error can find it.
There is no separate support tier and no paid priority queue. Updates are free for the life of the script, and that includes the help needed to install them.
What we can and cannot help with
We will help you install any script you bought here, work out why it conflicts with something else on your server, adapt a framework bridge to a fork with renamed exports, and read a stack trace with you. Configuration questions are fair game for as long as you own the script.
What we cannot do is debug someone else's resource for you, write custom features on request, or support these scripts on FiveM. They are rdr3 resources built for RedM and will not load on a FiveM server, whatever framework it runs.
